• Candidates must have at least 5 years experience from a similar company, must be able to work independently, must be able to read blue prints, must understand steel abbreviations and engineering terms. Must be computer literate using microsoft office softwares.

Must be computer literate using microsoft office softwares. The ability to work aggressively and under critical work load. Must be able to do RFI'S, work orders, change orders. Have the ability to negotiate change orders, resolve issues with general contractors, architects and engineers.

• Candidates must have at least 5 years experience from a similar company, must be able to work independently, must be able to communicate with GC and follow contract procedures and assist project manager with filing, sending out RFI'S, AIA'S, change orders. Indevidual must be able to communicate directives from project managers such as following up emails, updating schedules, keeping logs, filing project ducuments. Must be computer literate using microsoft office softwares. The ability to work aggressively and under critical work load.

• Candidates must have at least 5 years experience from a similar company, must be able to work independently, must be able to weld stick, mig, use torches, plasma cutters, fabricating machines. Must be able to layout and fabricate, must be able to understand fabrication blueprints.
